If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and with tags.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Underwear, due to hygiene matters cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you want to return your order please contact us directly returns@bertiboutique.ie and we will guide you through the entire return process.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 3 working days.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping costs
If you return the item because you changed your mind or chose a wrong size, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you receive a refund, your costs of the return shipping will not be included in the refund.
If you want to return the item because it is faulty then we refund you the price of the item plus original shipping costs plus return shipping costs,
The return shipping costs and the courier have to be agreed between the Bertiboutique shop and the customer.
